Join us for a weekend of connecting generations,
growing as disciples, and seeking God together.
2025 THEME: In Christ, we are called to S.I.F.T. for what truly matters in life.
Weekend Overview:
FRIDAY
6-7:30 PM → Time of Worship + Desserts
FRI-SAT → Sleepover at SVBC in the Backyard (tents) / Gym: 9 PM quiet time, 10:30 PM lights out for all
SATURDAY
8-8:45 AM → Breakfast
9-11:30 AM → Group Activities
11:30-12 PM → Lunch
12:30-2:30 PM → Session #1 Activity Options (see below)
3-5 PM → Session #2 Activity Options (see below)
SUNDAY
8:30 & 11 AM → Elementary kids join the services
10-10:45 AM → normal Sunday School classes
4:30-10 PM → All-Church Beach Night at Glencoe Beach (dinner, worship, & fun competitions included)
Saturday Activities Session #1:

a chance to walk, talk, & play—like golf but tossing frisbees, we will have extra discs to borrow

enjoy time on the water; rates here & we may have some free inflatable kayaks people can use

stroll leisurely around the gardens; members free, rates here

bring supplies / a project and work on it while enjoying each other's company

enjoy some fun competition with others; we have nets, paddles, & balls

paint pottery together, rates start here & vary by project
Saturday Activities Session #2:

compete together at a local park; as numbers allow, we will play both an 11+ & an under-11 game

enjoy specially planned activities for our preschoolers & their families

stroll leisurely around the gardens; members free, rates here

bring supplies / a project and work on it while enjoying each other's company

enjoy some fun competition with others; we have nets, paddles, & balls

enjoy challenging yourself and others with the course obstacles; course TBD—likely $8-14 per person
Other Details:
You can come for all events or just for when you're available
Only cost would be for a t-shirt ($10) or if you choose a paid Sat PM activity (you pay directly)
Deadline to sign up for a t-shirt is Aug. 13th
Families should stay together & one parent needs to always be with any child under 18
